Terms of Service for Legal Services for Entrepreneurs

1. Introduction

This Terms of Service governs the relationship between Veridune and entrepreneurs seeking legal services at veridune.biz. By engaging our services or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Veridune offers professional legal consulting and representation for entrepreneurs; digital info products, including guides and templates; and physical materials and resources.

3. Info Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. Access is granted upon confirmation of payment.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items are shipped to the provided address. Delivery times may vary based on destination.

5. Payment and Business Information

Business ID: CR-272233. All fees are payable in the manner specified at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Requests for cancellation of legal services must be made no later than 7 days after purchase. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. You may reschedule a service at least 3 days before the session at no extra charge. Certain services, such as representation in court, become non-refundable once work commences due to the immediate allocation of resources and professional time.

6.2 Info Products

All digital products are deemed accepted once access is granted. Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase and, if approved, funds will be returned within 14 days. Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it is not eligible for refund.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

7. Rescheduling Policy

For services, rescheduling is available if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates based on availability.
